Omaha Branding Services | Full Brand Identity Design
Most business owners searching for branding services in Omaha are looking for one thing: a brand that finally looks like the business they know they have. The work is good. The visuals do not say so yet.
I am Kenal Louis, and I have spent over 15 years building brand identities for product companies and service businesses. I am a solo designer, not an agency, and that is the whole point. You talk to the person doing the work every time.
Branding Services in Omaha, Built by One Designer From Start to Finish
So what does that actually change? Nothing gets lost between the conversation and the sketchbook. There is no account manager translating your idea, and no junior designer executing a brief they were handed secondhand.

Looking for an Omaha Branding Agency? Read This First
Let me be straight with you, because it saves us both time. If you searched for an Omaha branding agency, you did not find one here.
Agencies are genuinely better for some situations. If you need media buying, PR, ongoing campaign management, and a brand refresh all running at once, a full agency has the staff for it and I do not.
However, most of the businesses that call me do not need that. They need one identity built properly by someone who understands their market, and they would rather not pay for a team of people they will never meet.
If that is you, a solo brand designer is the better value. Same senior-level work, no layers between you and it.
What Omaha Branding Services Include
Branding is the complete visual and emotional experience your business creates. A logo is one piece of that, and starting there is fine, but it is not the whole system.
A full brand identity project with me covers:
- Brand strategy and positioning so the visuals have a reason behind them
- Primary logo, secondary marks, and submarks for different placements
- Color palette with exact print and digital codes
- Typography system including licensing for the fonts you will actually use
- Brand guide book covering spacing, sizing, and placement rules
- Product packaging design when you sell something physical
- Social and marketing templates so your team stays consistent
- Website design on the packages that include it
- Full ownership of everything, in writing
That last line matters more than people expect. Many marketplace and subscription design services hand over non-exclusive licenses, which means the same work can be resold. You cannot trademark something you do not fully own.

Omaha Branding Services for Business Owners
How Much Do Branding Services Cost in Omaha?
Full branding packages at Branding Design Pro run $4,000 to $8,000, depending on how many assets you need and whether a website is part of it.
If you only need a mark right now, logo design in Omaha starts at $1,000 and runs to $2,000 for a from-scratch project with a brand guide.
What Moves the Price
Three things, mostly. How many touchpoints you need designed, whether packaging is involved, and whether we are building a website alongside the identity.
A service business with a logo, palette, typography, and a brand guide sits at the lower end. A product brand with packaging across multiple SKUs plus a site sits at the higher end.
Why Not Cheaper?
You can find branding for a few hundred dollars. What you usually get is a template, a non-exclusive license, and no strategy underneath it.
Truthfully, the expensive version is the one you redo in eighteen months. Rebrands cost more than getting it right the first time, and they cost you the recognition you spent that time building.
Small Business Branding in Omaha
Small business branding gets treated like a luxury, and it is not. It is the thing that lets you charge what your work is worth.
Think about how buying decisions actually happen. Someone sees your packaging on a shelf or your profile on a phone screen and makes a judgment in about two seconds, long before they read a word about you.
That judgment either opens the door or closes it. Branding is how you control which one happens.
For smaller businesses I often suggest starting with a strong logo and brand guide, then adding packaging or a website later as revenue supports it. Building in stages is completely reasonable, and I would rather do that than sell you more than you need right now.

The Brands I Work With
My deepest experience is in beauty, haircare, skincare, and wellness. Brands including Evergreen Junk Removal, Jennifer St. Clair, Milk N Honey, and Blessed Hands CBD came to me for identities that hold up on a shelf and on a phone screen at the same time.
Locally, The Brow Bee is an Omaha brow and lash company I built a full identity for, from the logo through packaging and promotional materials.
I also design for jewelry and luxury goods, footwear and fashion, food and beverage, and professional services. But the industry matters less than the fit. If you care about the details, we will work well together.
How a Branding Project Works
Step One: We Define the Brand
First we work out who your brand is talking to and what someone should feel in the first two seconds. This is a conversation, not a form.
This step decides everything downstream. Skip it and you end up with attractive shapes that mean nothing.
Step Two: I Develop the Identity
Next I build out concepts, usually 9 to 12 directions for the primary mark, then develop the palette and typography around whichever direction you choose.
Revisions are unlimited. That is less about redoing work and more about removing pressure, because you should never approve something you are only 80 percent sure about.
Step Three: I Build the System
Then everything gets assembled into a brand guide book, plus packaging, templates, or a website depending on your package.
Hand that guide to any printer, manufacturer, or developer and they will know exactly what to do without calling you.
Step Four: You Own All of It
Finally you receive high-resolution files in five formats, your brand guide, and a signed and notarized ownership release form.
That gives you full legal authority to register, trademark, and copyright your identity with no restrictions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between branding and logo design?
A logo is one mark. Branding is the full system around it: color, typography, packaging, voice, and the rules that keep it consistent everywhere. Many clients start with a logo and come back for the rest.
How long does a branding project take?
Most full identity projects run four to eight weeks. The timeline depends on scope and on how quickly we trade feedback, since revisions are the part that stretches.
Do I need branding if I am just starting out?
You need enough to look credible. That is often a logo, a palette, and a brand guide rather than the full system. Start where your budget is and build from there.
Can you rebrand a business that already has a logo?
Yes, and rebrands are some of my favorite projects. We talk through what your audience already recognizes and decide how much of that equity is worth carrying forward versus starting clean.
Do you work with businesses outside Omaha?
Yes. I am based in Omaha and I work with clients nationwide. Most of the process happens over phone and Zoom, so location is not a barrier.
Do I own everything you design?
Completely. You receive 100 percent exclusive unlimited rights with a signed and notarized release form, which is what makes trademark registration possible.
