Welcome to Branding Design Pro. By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Delivery Policy

  • Following receipt of your order, the services will be provided to you by the contract conditions for the services you purchased.
  • The nature of the services you ordered, your prompt and accurate completion of your obligations regarding the execution of the services, and the date of your purchase may all have an impact on how quickly the services are delivered.
  • Upon completion of the services, the services will be considered effectively supplied to you.
  • Should the contract be canceled before the delivery services, the terms of the agreement will decide if you are entitled to a full, partial, or no return and how the contract may be discontinued.

Payment Policy

  • If clients avail of any monthly service package of Branding Design Pro, they are obliged to pay a full chargeable amount before the commencement of the work.
  • Suppose Branding Design Pro and the client agree on a fixed quote regarding any services. In that case, they are liable to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance before the commencement of the work. The remaining 50% of the payment will have to be made within 7 days of the start date of the services.
  • Branding Design Pro shall invoice the clients monthly, in advance.
  • Also, if the clients do not pay a monthly invoice when it is due, Branding Design Pro shall terminate the services immediately. In this case, we will not be liable to issue a 10-day prior notice.
  • All charges quoted to the client shall be exclusive of VAT, which Branding Design Pro shall add to its invoices at the appropriate rate.
  • All additional work requested by the Client, which is requested following commencement of the Services and which is outside the scope of the Quotation (including any services necessarily procured to carry out the Services) shall be regarded as additional to the cost given in the Quotation and will be invoiced separately at the rates contained in the then-current Branding Design Pro’ rate card.
  • All charges listed in Quotations are estimates and are subject to final confirmation of technical specification.
  • The parties agree that Branding Design Pro may review and increase its standard hourly fee rates at any time, provided that such charges cannot be increased more than once in any 12 (twelve) month period.
  • Branding Design Pro will provide the Client with written notice of any such increase one (1) month before the proposed date of the rise. Suppose such an increase is not acceptable to the Client. In that case, within two (2) weeks of such notice being received or deemed to have been received per this condition, it may terminate the Contract by giving three (3) months written notice to Branding Design Pro.
  • Without prejudice to any other right or remedy that it may have if the Client fails to pay Branding Design Pro on the Due Date, Branding Design Pro may:
    • Charge interest on such sum under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998; from the Due Date, accruing daily and being compounded quarterly until payment is made, whether before or after any judgment, and the Client shall pay the interest immediately on demand; and suspend all Services until payment has been made in full.
    • Time for payment shall be of the essence of the Contract.
    • All sums payable to Branding Design Pro under the Contract shall become due immediately on its termination. This condition is without prejudice to any right to claim for interest.
    • Without prejudice to any other rights it may have, Branding Design Pro may set off any Client’s liability to Branding Design Pro against any liability of Branding Design Pro to the Client.

Refunds Policy

  • A full refund will be made if you decide to cancel our services within 2 days of payment.
  • If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 5 days, the deposit for the working hours and resources put into the project.  
  • Cancellation of any service renewal should be made 2 days before the first set of design concepts are presented to you.
  • If you agreed to move forward with our services but did not use them, you will be refunded back the deposit in full.
  • Amount of refund will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 7-14 days of service cancellation.

Consumer Data Safety Measures

  • We respect your right of privacy. We therefore do not share your name and contact details with any third party. Besides, we keep information provided by you as confidential. The information you provide are used only to understand your requirements and to improve our services to suit your needs rather effectively. We ensure to follow the standards set by PCI and consumer data protection.
  • It is hereby declared that our company does not authorize its representatives to collect any confidential information from our customers i.e. credit card information etc. Accordingly, we advise our customers not to share any confidential and sensitive nature information with our employees. If you do so; you shall be doing at your own risk and our company shall not be liable for any misuse.

Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA)

Your ordered work may be forwarded to any of our production or service centers located globally, for the quality delivery. If you did not request an NDA to keep information regarding the development or completion of the project from be shared online, the project once completed may be used for promotional use in the future by Branding Design Pro to acquire more clients.

NDA can add $1,000 or $10,000 to the project quote, these two prices will be determined by the volume of the business whether starting or or rebranding as a corporation

Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, and text, are the property of Branding Design Pro and protected by copyright laws; unless signed-off exclusively to the business owner or agreement is made with a promotional company. You may not use or reproduce any content or materials without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

Disclaimer We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the effectiveness or success of your business. The design and branding industry is subjective, and opinions and preferences vary. We will work with you to create a design that meets your needs and specifications, but we cannot guarantee that the final product will be enough to make your business established. However, the only promise we can make is that you will receive the best service possible as an onboarded client.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Branding Design Pro be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
